Payment Options

One-tenth of the annual tuition and extended care fee is due with the student's contract, which is issued with the letter of admission. The second tuition payment, along with all supply and activity fees, is due June 1st. Eight (8) monthly payments are due August through March. Discounts are given for paying the entire annual tuition by June 1st.

Grace Episcopal School participates in the Smart Tuition Management Program. The program is designed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of monthly tuition payments, including Extended Day fees.

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid program at Grace Episcopal School assists qualified students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the School and Student Service by NAIS. Requests for financial aid are not a factor in the admissions decision process, and all financial aid information is confidential.

Financial aid applications to Grace Episcopal School for the 2012/2013 school year must be completed by February 7, 2012. It is important to note that all current financial aid recipients at Grace Episcopal School must reapply for financial aid each year.
