COMMUNITY SERVICE
Throughout the
school year, numerous outreach projects are undertaken. These include
monthly canned food drives, brown bag lunch preparation for the homeless,
Carpenter Shelter dinner preparation, clothing drives, the sock and
mitten tree, and Christmas gifts for N Street Village. These outreach
activities provide students with the important, hands-on experience of
helping others. Community service field trips are also taken by our
students to retirement homes, including Goodwin House, and other civic
locations such as A.L.I.V.E. Child Development Center.
FUNDRAISING AND
PHILANTHROPIC GIVING

relies on fundraising activities and philanthropic giving to help support
its 49-year tradition of providing academic excellence in a nurturing
