The policies and procedures of Grace Episcopal School are the
responsibility of the
School Board, a group of dedicated volunteers empowered by the Vestry of
Grace
Episcopal Church to govern the school and its operations. The School Board
meets
monthly. In addition, regular meetings are held between the School Board
chair,
the Rector of Grace Episcopal Church and the Head of School.
The School Board’s thirteen voting members include parents, parishioners,
and
designated Vestry representatives. It has seven committees that provide
oversight
and review of the school in the areas of personnel,
finance,
buildings and grounds, legal and procedural, development and fundraising, financial aid,
and long range planning.
