Founded in 1959, Grace Episcopal School provides an academically challenging and developmentally appropriate education for children in Preschool through Grade 5. Our strong academic program emphasizes the basic tools of learning: reading, writing, and mathematics. The curriculum is varied - rich in music, literature, drama, art, history, science, computers, physical education, and spiritual development all taught in an enriching and nurturing environment. Our students receive personal attention in small classes and learn to be critical thinkers and successful problem solvers.
We invite you to experience how we've shaped a foundational education experience for our students that inspires lifelong learning, as well as spiritual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
Join us for one of many opportunities to tour Grace!
One of the best ways to experience Grace is through a personal tour led by our Director of Admissions. Tours are offered between 9:30 and 11:30 am most days. Please contact our Admissions Office for more information by emailing admissions@graceschoolalex.org.
Classes will be in session and Parent and Student ambassador led tours will be available throughout the morning.
Beginning Tuesday, September 24th, please join Admissions Director, Amanda Hungerford, on a tour of our campus while classes are in session. No reservations are required. Please ring the school office on the key pad to the right of the glass doors and let our office staff know that you are here for the tour. Tours will be available every Tuesday that classes are in session. No tours will be available on 10/8/19, 12/24/19, 12/31/19, or 3/24/20.

We invite scientists, young and old to our community STEM Extravaganza, where children and families can create, learn and innovate. This family-friendly FREE afternoon will feature hands-on activities selected by Grace Episcopal School’s fourth and fifth graders. Build a LED flashlight, make your own kinetic sand, or even build a catapult! Our indoor auditorium will be transformed into a Maker Space for children who love to tinker and invent. This event is designed for children from three to twelve years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult. We hope to see you there! Click here to register.
